PAYMENT POLICY

  1. The Platform offers various payment options, including cash on delivery (COD), virtual payment wallets, online payments via debit/credit cards, internet banking, or any other method determined by Kavitul Technologies Pvt Ltd from time to time.
  2. When Users choose the Cash on Delivery option, Kavitul Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to verify the order by using IVR calling, sending a confirmatory SMS, or any other methods deemed appropriate by Kavitul Technologies Pvt Ltd.
  3. While using any payment method available on the Platform, Kavitul Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be held responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by the User due to the following:

3.1. Unauthorized transactions.

3.2. Exceeding the mutually agreed pre-set limit between the User and the bank(s).

3.3. Payment issues arising from the transaction.

3.4. Rejection of the transaction for any other reasons.

  1. All payments made for purchases on the Platform must be in Indian Rupees. It is clarified that Kavitul Technologies Pvt Ltd does not facilitate transactions in any other currency for purchases made on the Platform.
  2. If the User chooses the Cash on Delivery (COD) or Guest Checkout option(s) (where applicable) and refuses to accept the delivered Products or fails to make payment, Kavitul Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to blacklist the User, block access to the Platform and/or the User Account, or take any other appropriate action.
  3. The User acknowledges that Kavitul Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any damages, interests, claims, or losses resulting from the non-processing or delayed processing of a transaction or transaction amount beyond the control of Kavitul Technologies Pvt Ltd.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. If the user selects the Cash on Delivery (COD) or Guest Checkout option(s) (where applicable) for purchasing products, the orders will be verified before dispatch. Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will send verification requests via email or multimedia text messages (SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls) to the user’s provided email address or mobile number. If the order is not verified within 5 days of placing it, it will be automatically canceled.
  2. The user is responsible for the shipping charges for the delivery of the order, which will be determined based on the delivery location during checkout. Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject an order, either partially or in full. The user will be notified of the acceptance of the order through email (provided during registration or purchase), confirming receipt and dispatch. Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may request additional verification or information before accepting an order. The user agrees not to challenge any decision made by Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in this regard.
  3. Once an order is dispatched, Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will send a shipping confirmation and contact the user via email or multimedia text messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.) to provide delivery details. Registered users can track their orders through the ‘Order History’ page in their user account, and a separate email will be sent for tracking purposes.
  4. After placing an order, the user acknowledges that modifications to the order are not possible. However, the user may request an amendment to the shipping address by notifying Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in writing before the order is packed for dispatch. The standard delivery timeline for orders placed on the platform across India is 7-15 business days. If Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. anticipates a longer dispatch time than indicated on the platform, the user will be informed of the new time frame. If the user finds the new dispatch time unacceptable, they can choose to cancel the order following the instructions provided by Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and receive a refund according to the terms.
  5. Requests for a specific time or date of delivery are subject to the availability of dispatch from Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s warehouse and the services provided by the courier partner.
  6. During peak seasons and sales, the shipping of products may experience delays.
