- All products available for sale on the other platforms are described and depicted as accurately and precisely as possible. However, despite our best efforts, Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any potential errors. The user acknowledges that the delivered product(s) may vary from the ones displayed and pictured on the platform.
- Products can only be accepted and processed for replacement within 24 hours from the day the user receives the order (the “Replacement Window”). No replacements will be entertained after this time. The user must notify Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, providing order details and product images depicting the issue within the Replacement Window, or following any other instructions provided by Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Products are eligible for replacement within the Replacement Window if the user received them in a physically damaged condition, with missing parts or accessories, if they are defective, or differ from the description on the product detail page (e.g., wrong color or quantity). Please note that if the order was placed using the cash-on-delivery (COD) option, Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept replacement requests only in exceptional cases.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of the exact same item in Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s stock and the serviceability of the user’s pin code for replacement. If the requested replacement is not available in stock, Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will provide a refund to the user in accordance with the Terms.
- If the user purchased an item with a free gift or offer associated with it and wishes to return the purchased item, the free product must also be returned.
- Replacements will only be processed if:
6.1. It is confirmed that the product was not damaged while in the user’s possession.
6.2. The product is identical to the one shipped to the user.
6.3. The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand or manufacturer’s box, intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories, and has not been used or consumed.
- The user is responsible for properly packaging the product to be replaced according to Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s instructions. If the product is damaged due to improper packaging, Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject the user’s replacement request.
- During the collection of the product for replacement, Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s delivery agent or logistics partner may perform a quality check on the returned product to ensure compliance with these provisions.
- All decisions regarding replacement requests made by Kavitul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are final and binding. The user agrees not to challenge these decisions in any manner whatsoever.
Orders once placed for the products shall not be eligible for return or cancellation.
